Art Parquet

Art parquet is a geometric mosaic embodied in wood. The variety of wood shades and texture allows implementing the widest range of patterns looking at which there is association with precious carpets.

The skills of manufacturing art parquet goes back to distant past, to masters-cabinet-makers that adjusted sizes of wood strips with filigree fineness using the simplest tools.

Until recently, the parts of this parquet were produced by the masters right at the place of parquetry, thus making this process quite laborious and lasting a long time, as so - expensive.

Inex Ukr Parket Company was the first to develop and master the production of art parquet assembled on the make-up grid.

All elements of the drawing are collected in blocks making a finished module of the picture. The parts of the block are thoroughly selected, prepared at factories and assembled on the make-up grid.

The parquet is delivered to the object as a set of finished parts together with a scheme of assembling. The parquet blocks are produced using the method that does not require additional adjustment and equalizing when laying the parquet. The parts are tongued and grooved thus providing for reliable and long-lasting fastening. The advantages of this type of art parquet are as follows: high speed of laying parquet flooring, accuracy of block joining and non-susceptibility to deformation.
